@mcfate I would be in favor of a law that either prohibited the creation of billionaires (like some threshold that kicked all excess proceeds to the government) OR requiring a psychological test for maturity and empathy before granting access to that much capital.
I've been saying for a long time that billionaires should be illegal, and we should tax the wealthy at a 91% marginal rate, like Eisenhower did.
