@ChippySuave Many ppl also doubt they’re worthy of God’s uncndtn’l love, but He loves us B4 we’re in the womb. His only desire is we live our best life. He’ll send guidance, but part of His love is giving us freedom to choose our paths. Hardest thing for us to accept is, bc of Jesus’s sacrifice, both good & evil ppl have places in Heaven. We have to accept evil ppl will be good in heaven bc all their anguish will be gone, as will ours.

PSA: If your doctor talks to you about prescribing Rexulti (usually secondary antidepressant), be sure it’s not prescribed before the doctor checks both your family history for diabetes/low blood sugar issues and your personal current glucose and A1C levels. A psychiatric nurse prescribed it to me without doing those things; if I wasn’t a self advocate who researches every newly prescribed med, I would’ve taken it and risked a lot of things about my life. Also causes tardive dyskinesia. #Health

@nursefrombirth When I was a peer listener in high school, my peer kid and her sisters were definitely sufferers of PTSD, but they weren’t getting help. Back then, what she was telling me wasn’t enough for me to broach the confidentiality and tell the program supervisor. Nowadays there would be no hesitation to do so. 😢

@nursefrombirth I don’t believe this figure to be accurate. Mine was diagnosed as “severe depression,” but I suspect they’re the same condition under different nomenclature. Many people with ASD and other neuropsychiatric disorders have undiagnosed severe /major depression because of years of coping with its comorbidities. (Moral: Many people have hidden reasons for not functioning “normally.” Think B4 you judge; better yet, don’t judge at all.) #DisAbilityAwareness #MentalHealthAwareness
