@GlindaHarrison I didn't side load, and I just reinstalled it in the last couple of weeks, but I am also not seeing it in the Google app store from the tablet. And my tablet isn't listed when I look at the app in the store from another device. That is interesting.

@GlindaHarrison Oops, previous reply was set to detonate.
I'm regularly using the CS app on a Samsung Tab 6 lite w/o any issues. Both simplified and multicolumn mode work for me w/o issues.

Current mood

Should I feel like an octopus trying to get across hot coals while avoiding hammers and stuff?

Well, it looks like the NFL season is done for me.
On paper, the Eagles should have dominated the season. In reality, I cannot think of one game they won that didn't look like an ugly, out of control mess.

@voltronic @Iveyjanette1
If I'm trash talking it's likely against the Eagles. Quietly in my family chat, where they are aging even worse things.
At this point, it's almost morbid curiosity.

@voltronic @Iveyjanette1
They had a penalty out them on the 1, and someone actually figured out how to get lower than the line. Refs still missed an obvious face mask.
So it wasn't a bad call to go for 2.
Disclaimer: Eagles fan.

What a great start to 2024.
The plan was simple: take Jan 8 off and start the year with 3 four-day weeks.
Only I ended up being pulled into meetings and doing 9 hours of work, while recovering from a cold.
Oh and then yesterday was a 17 hour day because the storms yesterday knocked a customer data center off line.
Yea 2024.

00:00 EST. That makes it wednesday, right?

So, obligatory Christmas Eve post. At least we got the gits wrapped and under the tree.

Murder, mayhem, missing persons, and thrift stores.

The start of the last scheduled official working day of 2024. Of course, who am I kidding, I'm fully expecting and expected that I will be spending a fair amount of time next week on the work laptop because something needs to be done.
#2023

Well, my wife's annual Christmas break cold has made its appearance.
The joys of being married to a middle school teacher.

The moment when I realized that a tool I've been using at work for the last couple of years is one that I wrote to troubleshoot a problem in my homelab.
Seems I had forgotten I did that, and for that reason. And now it's in so many runbooks at work.
Laziness is a virtue, I guess.

00:00 and all the Christmas lights turn themselves off for the night.
