I've been learning #mahjong for a while now and my tribemate sent me this awesome #yaku sheet so I can better memorize the yaku and their han values.

The key in mahjong is knowing how to plan your hands as well as being able to pivot when necessary, towards different hands based on pulls and discards.

I'm a very defensive style player so my winning hands are usually pretty small. My tribemate and I called them #Dooneese hands (IYKYK) 🤣 I don't win a lot of points, but I survive the rounds.

Scientists estimate that over 20% of people who get infected with COVID never have any symptoms – and a portion of them never even know they were infected.

Krispy Kreme and M&M’S have teamed up for their first ever collaborative menu in the United States.

The M&M's doughnuts are available at participating Krispy Kreme locations nationwide as of July 17.

Six-packs of M&M's doughnuts will also be available at grocery store locations, including Walmart, Kroger, Food Lion, Publix, Stater Brothers, Wakefern, and others.

Lionsgate has released a trailer for #DearDavid, the upcoming film adaptation of a former Buzzfeed employee’s viral social media ghost story.

#AdamEllis shared the ghost story over on the Hellmouth in August 2017 centering on a dead boy who was haunting him and following him around. The story went viral over the course of several months, with Ellis amassing over one million followers.

#SaouIchikawa, who has congenital myopathy, won the Akutagawa Prize for up-and-coming authors for her novel #Hunchback, a humorous debut that also acts as a commentary on the privileges of non-disabled people.

Author Keiichiro Hirano, a judge for the Akugatawa prize, said Ichikawa’s novel garnered overwhelming support for its strength as a novel.

It seems obvious to me that our society doesn't have any solid patterns for teaching people how to deal with emotions in a healthy way.

We talk about emotional intelligence. We use lots of words.

But it feels like people are mostly taught unhealthy coping mechanisms, like denial and suppression, or that some emotions are "bad" and not to have them.

Emotional control is used to control behavior, not deal with the source of the emotions.

That's not healthy.
