I'm loving the quality and functionality of my new A6. But more than that, I'm loving how analog it feels despite it's digital capabilities. It's pen and paper on steroids - the lines between analog and digital are indeed blurred. I love how the UI, features, and functionality fade into the background, leaving a simple, elegant writing and drawing experience.

Getting ready to burn names into handmade wooden lacrosse sticks for my senior ladies. Did this two years ago for the boy seniors.

Day off today, so had time to experiment with my home cooked 😉 Ordered some ramen soup concentrate from Amazon, and had some left over pork ribs. Put it all together with a soft, jammy, boiled egg and the result is exquisite, and silky-smooth! Next step is to source some really good ramen |

A few pics for comparison and size of my new Nomad (A6x2). This is fantastic at being only and notebook and does not try to be a smart tablet. Writing feel and recognition is just like paper (trust me, I was a technical illustrator back in a former life).

The very last few scoops at the bottom of the jar at the best of the whole jar!!!

Morning all. Current status: and coso while notes on my new Nomad - which is incredible BTW. This may well be the last notebook I ever use.

I just made these pumpkin maple muffins (NYT). I used all oat flour and a tad less sugar.

½ cup /114 grams unsalted butter
1cup/145 grams ww flour
1 cup/140 grams white flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1¼ tsp salt
2 tsp cinnamon
1teaspoon ginger
½ tsp turmeric (good!)
¼ tsp nutmeg
1½ cups/355 grams pumpkin purée (about 1 15-ounce can)
3 large eggs
1 cup/200 grams light brown sugar
⅔ cup/150 milliliters maple syrup

Random - but in the last week I have ordered two unrelated items that coincidentally happen to ship via DHL directly from the People's Republic of China, Minhang District in Shanghai. What are the actual odds of that - no seriously? I'm sure that has put me on a list.

The wonderful team at @strangercomics are running a crowdfunder for TALES OF ASUNDA: NIOBE: She Tribe #1 (and more). Check out their fantasy comics set in the world of Asunda and featuring the half-elven hero Niobe!

Yard work done, dogs exercised, lunch made, and eaten, washed up and clean for the afternoon. Gorgeous day here in NC, so outside to do some grilling and relax. Later !

@chad_key BTW your icon/logo is excellent. Minimal but perfect - I like it!

- you can safely use superglue to fix a cracked or split fingernail to allow it time to grow out. Mine have a habit of splitting horizontally.

OH DEAR. THIS POST WAS SET TO SELF-DETONATE 💣 💥 🔥

The girls are eager to get outside and have their morning walk. Ask me how I know this…
