@sugar0addict it tastes a bit woody and earthy (best I can describe it). It is not a 1-1 replacement for coffee. I've been having Ryze every morning and my coffee after as needed ;-)

Just sharing what's worked for me, I'm not paid by them. Also, acupuncture was a HUGE help.

@sugar0addict hope you feel better! I have chronic nerve pain left over from shingles on my face and eye. A friend recommended Ryze mushroom coffee and it's helped me reduce nerve tingle and sensation.

@granola_girl ha, I've done that as well. Finding this little tool was an incredible feeling. I've taken to meditating daily and had a moment of clarity where I just knew where it was. FELT SO GOOD!!

@LAHolloway I can no longer sleep if I have caffeine later in the day. I've even switched to decaf (don't hate me) tea during the day because all that caffeine was adding up! Latte looks amazing!
