@LisaHarris That's exactly it! It's basically the same interface/iconography. Star is favorite, arrows chasing each other is boost, and curved arrow is reply.

The intuitiveness is part of the charm. 🙂

If you click on a hashtag you will create another column on the right for posts using that hashtag.

You can use the settings box
to pin that column to always be visible. From there you can add more hash tags to that column so all your interests are in one place.

PSA - I'm aware of an issue with animated GIFs and videos not uploading and expect to have that hot-fixed for you guys within 30 minutes. Images are unaffected.
