This past weekend I won my first ever tournament in #martialarts. I competed in forms (kata). It was the 39th annual #Kenpo Karate Championship in Hawai'i. I wasn't sure I wanted to go, but then I figured, "What the hey, I'll give it a try." I went with no expectations other than I'll do my best. The art I study is #Kajukenbo.

I often get spam comments on my blog posts and they are all written like this. When I read then, I hear Max Headroom's voice in my head.

#BJJ is the acronym for Brazilian Jiujitsu.

Day 15. The rainbow #mango #tree is 12" tall. It has two other companions now: 6" and 1" respectively. This tree is growing really fast and we really have to strategically place the tree so it causes minimal disruption to the surrounding structures.
