Looking for a dumb AIP-ish #film found 1971's The Vampire Happening on amazon. The title writes a check the broad, slow, sloppy comedy can't begin to cash.

: Once at some fancy New York party, an angry Normal Mailer decked a sarcastic Gore Vidal, knocking him to the floor and bloodying his noise.
