Many people agree that "Die Hard" is a Christmas #movie -- but don't forget that Alfred Hitchcock's "Psycho" is also a Christmas film!

The story opens on December 11, & when Marion Crane is leaving town (w/the stolen money), she sees her boss walk by -- AND -- the streets of Phoenix are clearly decorated for Christmas!

Because Jimmy Stewart had it going on in THE SHOP AROUND THE CORNER back in 1940. Also? This #Movie still hits. The dialogue and cast really have the #ErnstLubitsch touch! #Film

Watched Under the Volcano. Similar to The Man Who Would Be King, a #film I found much more fun, Volcano is old-hollywood material given new-hollywood flourishes. Not uninteresting, but a little overrated.

Re-Watched "The Sting" last night.

Is there a more perfect movie? Great stars, great plot, great music, and a finale that ticks all the boxes.

Topped off Thanksgiving by watching "Funny Girl," in which Barbra Streisand is surrounded by people who can't act or sing, and therefor she shines like a diamond.

Also, Fanny Brice was terrific/tragic.
