Peter Lorre as a deliciously vile villain in 1934's "The Man Who Knew Too Much."

Truly an actor who could chew an entire set - yet in such a cool, natural manner than you simply feel like you should be offering second- and third-helpings of scenery.

The Man Who Knew Too Much (1934)

Totally love this version (much more than the later 1956 color one with James Stewart). Here's my spoiler-filled review:

I particularly like this one, because "Son of Frankenstein" is one of my favorite 'classic' Universal Frankenstein films...

A drawing video (one of several similar 'monsters' in an impressive series he's done) by a friend / artist...

Oh, I'm such a fan of such older films / tv shows that I hardly pay attention any more (heck, I remember the old cigarette ads on TV...)...

I seldom watched the show - but I do remember this scene.
As for favorite (limited, in my case) - there was one episode with a mime in the garage... Rev Jim sees the mime performing 'The Invisible Wall / Box' routine... starts mimicking the mime... then casually asks: "When did they put *this* here?"

Taxi (78-83):
[Jim takes the written driving test.]
Jim: 'Pssssttt...what does a yellow light mean?'
Bobby: 'Slow down.'
Jim: 'Okay. What...does...a...yellow...light...mean?'
Bobby: 'Slow down!'
Jim: 'Okay. Whaaat...doooeees...aaa...yeeel-looow...liiight...meeeaaan?'

1 - Standard opening
2 - Secondary opening / elimination
3 - Concentrated on guessing upper-left
4 - Switched to trying upper-right
5 - Hung up trying upper-right
6 - Finally
7 - Upper-left (fail)
8 - Upper-left
9 - Upper-left
