Yes - that's Steele - "Nightmare Castle" (1965).
I'll have to see if I can find a better copy.
On a side note - ordered Black Sunday last week, and expecting it today/tomorrow...!

Well... the screenshot's not all that great (though I'm unsure if there's any 'restored' version - mine is one of those 'Mill Creek' add-ons...

@ballpark_frank I've never seen it on DVD; it's public domain in Europe so it's on YouTube but the quality is pretty ropey
