Phones plural. He's around POTUS all the time with a personal cell phone? Great. That's minimum 6 companies and as many countries following along the daily doings of the Oval office.
I know a lot of staffers carry their personal phones, but IMO it's flat wrong.
Not even getting to what he was likely doing on that phone (light treason).
