I have the tiniest, cutest battery-powered chainsaw—it’s trifling, really

but I STILL feel kinda badass when I use it around the yard

@Minholkin I love love love my battery powered saw. It's jumbo and I quit before it does. No more gas mix, noise, fumes. Squeeze the trigger, start cutting. So good. Mmmmph.

@b4cks4w

Mines just a cutie but gosh it does what I want it to do!! Can’t imagine hassling with gas power for yard stuff anymore

(Except my lawnmower-some day I’ll replace it but it’s still going strong)

@Minholkin @b4cks4w

The smell and noise of a gas powered saw is part of the joy of cutting wood. Admittedly I’m biased.

@MountainMan @Minholkin @b4cks4w

My grandfather owned a lumber yard. I have positive associations with the smell of sawdust.

@MountainMan @Minholkin Overruled! Ease of work with electric surpasses any perceived advantage of gas saws. 😂

@b4cks4w @Minholkin

Disagree. I haven’t seen an electric saw yet that can cut what my big saw can.

@Minholkin @b4cks4w

Thanks Min. I look pretty much exactly the same as 3 yrs ago when it was taken. Not sure if that’s good or bad. 🤔
