Just finished the last serving of gyū-don meat (which is technically "niku no tōza ni") with some Kewpie "Deep-Roasted Sesame" (kin-goma) dressing and a sprinkle of MSG.

Uncle Roger is right in my view, MSG IS "the King of Flavor". That was super-tasty.

I feel like MSG would get less of a bad rap if its name was "kelp salt".
