Nothing like waking from nightmares at 3am and proceeding to have major anxiety instead of going back to sleep.
Fun fact: despite the fact that I fit the diagnostic criteria of, and take meds for, nightmare disorder, I don't have a diagnosis on record. Because reasons apparently. 🙃
@stueytheround Good to hear from you, sir! Yes, I had a similar experience when trying to get my seizures diagnosed. "It wouldn't do any good" the doctor said. 🤡
