@aspecurian do you have a good sugar cookie recipe? not too sweet... we aren't fans of super sweet here. i've had the worst time finding a good sugar cookie

@redenigma I use the Joy of Cooking recipe, and use salted butter exclusively.
There's only 2/3 cup of sugar and the salt helps balance the sweetness from the glaze.
Glaze made with evaporated milk, powdered sugar, vanilla and a very small amount of salt.
