The arrest warrant issued for Durov (CEO of Telegram) resulted from an investigation into whether he failed to crack down on illegal activity including drug trafficking, the promotion of terrorism, and fraud on Telegram. Now Vivek and Elon thing Twitter is next. Fingers crossed. :D
