Relaxation techniques can help- but takes some time to get the practice
Getting on a strict wake up schedule, getting tired with exercise ( although not close to bed time); go-to-bed rituals (dim lights, relaxing music); definitely unplugging all electronics at least 30 min before bed; not working in bed.
Binaural music for sleep can help.
My friend, seriously, no, just no, all these photos of yours should not disappear into the ephemeral constraints of a space, even one as lovely as CoSo. All your pics should be in an art gallery, real and online, and in a calendar, and in a coffeetable book, and in a poetry and meditation book, and, oh so much more

Migrating from other SM sites here is exciting. It can also be a bit challenging, navigation is different ( bcz of so many cool features, yay); and, also bcz we all carry with us old wounds. The blue bird hurt many, inducing anxiety, anger, self-defense mechanisms.
I hope that all newcomers will see what a nurturing place CoSo is, and that all will become comfortable letting out their inner goodness.

Some people are simply conditioned by the blue bird, to react w/anger. Some people just learn to be in perpetual anxiety and self-defense on SM. I think that more ppl are driven by fear than by actual bad intent.
I hope that these people will see that CoSo is a genuine positive place. That they will learn to be comfortable and come back to their inner goodness.

I completely relate to this. Social Media, by definition, is dragging our attention in various directions.
One of the oh-so- many- good things about CoSo, is that the user has many tools and controls, like filters by hashtags and/or pinned columns. These help me a LOT to keep my adhd at bay.
