In honor of my Mom and Thanksgiving, I'm gonna share her Banana Nut Bread Recipe. ♥️
1 cup sugar /215 Grams Sugar
1/2 cup butter /114 Grams Butter Melted
2 eggs
3 bananas medium sized / older soft browned are best
1 tea spoon baking soda
3 table spoons milk
2 cups flour / 255 grams of Flour
1/2 tea spoon salt
1 cup chopped walnuts
just put all ingredients in a bowl and mix /
fill pans half way
2 loafs
temp 350f / 175 c
45 minutes to 1 hour
Check using toothpick
