There are many Colorado sunsets that occur when clouds are coated in solar particles. The sun gives life, the golden clouds are beautiful, and occasionally the tops of the trees are!

I found some kind of quartz and a piece of petrified wood during my early morning hike.

My grandson and I put up the flag for Independence Day. Long live freedom for all, not just the few!

I fell in love with this lion, which startled me when I was out back this morning. I caressed it and enjoyed its company before it departed on some misadventures. I washed my hands because I'm allergic to cats, but my love for animals did not stop me from giving it attention.

The gas cover spring was broken, so the cover would be partially open. It was cheaper to get velcro strips for 3 bucks. It seems to have worked, with the exception that it now draws the attention of monsters.
