After my annual diabetic retinal test with my optometrist, I went shopping. Later on, I prepared a sandwich with Mesquite turkey, lettuce, tomato, guacamole, mustard, pickles, and gouda cheese on Italian bread. I finished with an apple.๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ‘
