It looked exactly like Venus looked the past several days. Bright. Just a silent bright object moving across the sky. I've seen it in the past, but it's a clear night and it was quite visible.

I use Sky Guide, free from the app store on iPhones.

I get notifications when certain celestial objects come by.

I got one a short time ago for the International Space Station.

I wasn't sure where it would be.

I lucked out as I watched it fly by to the north and go from west to east. It looked like Venus moving!
