@TomeReader @Beanc I have an older NuWave infrared that I use instead of 1) conventional oven 2) air fryer. I thinks it’s 14 years old. I bake quiches, air fry veggies, reheat pizza; it does everything an oven does for smaller quantities with less electricity and with a fan driven heat system that does air fryer duty.

She was found by an American soldier named Bill Wynne in the jungles of New Guinea in 1944. Smoky became a beloved companion to Wynne and went on to accompany him throughout his military service. Smoky is best known for her bravery and resourcefulness during the war. She participated in over 12 combat missions and survived more than 150 air raids. Smoky's small size allowed her to easily navigate through tight spaces, and she proved to be invaluable in laying communication lines and carrying messages through difficult terrain. After the war, Smoky and Wynne continued to work together performing tricks and entertaining troops in hospitals and care facilities. They became a popular duo and brought joy and comfort to many people. Smoky's story became widely known, and she is considered a pioneer in the field of therapy dogs. Overall, Smoky the war dog left a lasting legacy of courage, loyalty, and companionship during World War II and beyond.
