My therapist asked me to start answering those 3 questions every day in a journal since early June. I think it’s slowly re-oriented my outlook to take away the positive from each day and look forward to something tomorrow.

@CdnFreethinker I’d add obnoxious, condescending and deceptive. 🧌 And he’s replicating all of Trump’s worst qualities with such vigor, it’s breathtaking to behold. 🤢
