I *was* going to get a convection microwave, but I guess they don’t perform as well.
And I want to limit full oven usage 🥵 so I’m going to cave and get an air fryer.
Which one do you have and do you love it?

I have the Nuwave Duet, which is a pressure cooker/air fryer. I avoid using the oven all summer. The air fryer has been a godsend. It's easy to clean, but it does take up a lot of counter space.
@TomeReader @Beanc I have an older NuWave infrared that I use instead of 1) conventional oven 2) air fryer. I thinks it’s 14 years old. I bake quiches, air fry veggies, reheat pizza; it does everything an oven does for smaller quantities with less electricity and with a fan driven heat system that does air fryer duty.
