I grew these Hamama greens. Been a busy week. Forgot to add water - well, really, I forgot to harvest them - and then I realized, maybe this is an opportunity for a timelapse!

And it worked fairly well, except for the fact that I shot RAW, full res, and I forgot to set one thing of the photographic triad to automatic, so...it gets brighter over time.

Oh well. Timelapse!

Started the (new!) Savory Celery microgreens by Hamama. I love seeing new seed quilt varieties being released!

These are considered “Intermediate to Advanced” growing level. Longer time to germinate (to peel), and longer grow time.
