I live in the suburbs of Philadelphia and I was amazed last year when someone opened up a Trump Store near Levitttown, PA. The same guy opened a second location near Montgomeryville. How can anyone make a living doing that? Am I missing something?

Someone had to meet with bankers and get financing. They had a business plan probably. The bank said yes.

Took a wonderful trip to Ireland this past September. It’s a beautiful place and I took over 4000 photos while there. Just got a dye sub printer and heat press. My holiday gifts are going to all be the street art of Ireland. Here’s a photo of my first attempt at a coaster.
