Not sure there is a superlative strong enough to register my disgust at Trump retweeting the fascist, ultranationalist, racists at Britain First. They are almost universally discredited and disparaged in the UK. Nothing more than a deeply unfunny joke. Trump has now given them the international oxygen of publicity and they are revelling in it. Disgusting.
The stupid is just piling up in drifts in D.C. today.

With the Republicans looking at troubles ahead withTrump's incompetence, Moore likely to be in Senate and the 2018 elections not looking good for them right now, I think there's a reasonably good chance we will be attacking North Korea. Nothing boosts the party in power and the president like a war. Just what Trump wants.

Honest conversations that need to be had in the U.S:
1. Common sense gun control
2. Universal healthcare
3. Corporate money banned from politics
4. Education is good.
5. Gerrymandering is bad.
6. Every US citizen of age has the right to vote.
7. Honest tax reform is needed (the haves don't need more)
8. Consider working towards a Growth Mindset as an admirable goal.
9. Mainstream media is not the enemy (though NYT has it's moments)
I'm sure there are more but that would be a start.

Canadians on here: I'm going to keep bringing this up periodically. Isn't it truly embarrassing we still have a Trump hotel (Vancouver)? Can't we do something? Maybe I care more being a dual citizen, but FFS, haw can we tolerate this without at least holding the companies/groups that hold meetings there accountable?
