Just passed a road crew... About 6-8 guys doing some work cutting a concrete slab on the side of the road...
It's 2024, and apparently not one of them has heard of silicosis... Not a mask to be seen.
I'm still smelling the burn concrete scent even through the filters in my car...

So if, like me, you prefer your PB to be nothing but peanuts & salt but hate trying to stir that lump of 'clay'.. this is what I do.
First, I pour off some of that oil on top (unless you need calories)
Second, I turn the lidded jar upside down overnight. In the morning, the oil will have moved to the 'bottom' of the jar.
Third, I turn it right side up, remove the lid then put it in the microwave for 60-90 seconds.
Stir! It's now easy & won't separate again!
