:( just heard some really sad news. some extended family that had schizophrenia was off their meds and locked themselves in a police car with a weapon. Anyway, the police ended up shooting them twice and now they are in hospital and IF they make it they will need constant care or be in a home of sorts.

@WhiteRose I am mentally ill and have learned the hard way to not run out of my meds. I like me better when I am not experiencing psychosis. Sometimes it takes something drastic to make us see we need to accept the help that is available, and a big part of that is learning to take our meds whether we think we need it or not.
