1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup sugar
2 Tbsp Dark Cocoa Powder (unsweetened)
Pinch of Salt
Pinch of Cinnamon
1/4 cup water
2 Tbsp Canola Oil
1/8 tsp vanilla

Mix the dry ingredients together
Mix in the wet ingredients until smooth
Put in a microwave safe mug

1:40 for 1000 watt oven
1:10 for 1650 watt oven
