Russia doesn’t really have an economy in the normal sense.
All “large business heads” are just fronts. They are allowed to masquerade as business owners while being shadow controlled by the state.
That country being run by a bunch of KGB officers — did anyone really expect that it would not become some perverted, farcical commie-based abomination trying to pass off for a democracy with a free market economy?
