White Cheddar Kale Pesto (Costco) with chicken, green beans, sweet peppers, mushrooms, tomatoes, and avocados along with extra wide noodles. Drank a bit of leftover Pinot Grigio that I used for deglazing pan.

Lolly wanted to share lunch. Sorry Lolly, spices are not going to be kind to your digestive system.

@ellesu ahhh...usually use cheap wine for cooking and the more expensive wine for sipping...

I did the same until we moved here and an old Cajun cook set me straight. 😉 I'll admit (not to him of course) but I wouldn't cook with the expensive stuff. That's for sipping while cooking. 🍷
