I would absolutely love to own an e-bike.
@sassafras08 I can't really do a regular bike anymore, so my thought is that the e-bike would give me the joy of riding back while giving me at least some exercise. The conversion kits sound interesting.
@Vickietorious it’s a life changer. I bought it in case I would have to make a 70 mile trip out of the ashes to find water, but it’s also a really nice way to commute. 5 out of 5 and I’ll throw out some props for the Rad Power Bike line.
@Cashcrop we live in the downtown of our city, an e-bike would give us range to pick up a few groceries without having to rely on our car and get us to places we love to go that are out of range for me walking wise. I will check out the Rad Power bikes, thanks!!
@Vickietorious Definitely! I use it for all my short range chores, if you go that route, grab their rack option too, I use it constantly. It’ll put a smile on your face and takes away any incentive against not getting out and green.
@Vickietorious It's fun and definitely increases your range but you don't get as much exercise.
If you have a bike then for less than the cost of a new e-bike you can get a conversion kit such as Swytch
