A public library in Michigan was defunded simply because there were a few LGBTQ books there.
Defunding the library will hurt poor communities, the workers there and basically anyone who needs to do actual research on things. When my son was in school I had to check out books from the public library for him all the time. There was no way I'd be able to afford to purchase all of those books. This is ridiculous. The right wing is destroying this country with their hateful delusions.
