Alec Baldwin may be charged with involuntary manslaughter for the death of Halyna Hutchins, whom he pointed a gun at and shot. I say, GOOD! You should never point a gun at someone was a joke or intimidation or whatever. Always assume it's loaded!

@Veganvillainess true, always treat a gun as loaded, but this situation is a little different. It doesn't seem it was pointed as a joke or intimidation, but as part of scene. At least that's my recollection. Charges against the person in charge of the prop gun, certainly, but the actor? That seems like huge leap to me. Smacks of a prosecutor playing up to the camera or just throwing stuff against the wall to me....
@Veganvillainess I just heard Baldwin was a producer. That certainly changes my assessment. Holmes might be in for it….
@Veganvillainess if that fact pattern is true, then charges could very well be supported. I was always under the impression it was during filming. I very well could be wrong. It's certainly a tragedy.
