End of holiday cupcake surplus? I have invented Cupcake Custard! Think bread pudding, but with a portion of the fancy frosting whisked into the egg and cream blend. Bake covered at 350° F for 25 minutes and then vented for another 8 minutes.

I did leg press and seated twists with weight today. After cookiepalooza, the back and legs are reminding me loudly. x 12 dozen.
