Omg my house smells so good right now! I’m currently making an extra hearty beef stew! So far I’ve added: Beef, carrots, green onion, yellow onion, turnip, beets, sweet potato, celery, parsley, and corn. Near the end, I’ll add red lentil, barley and homemade stew dumplings 😍
