When I was young I scraped my knee really bad while my parents were out. Had a babysitter watching us. When the sting of the soap hit the wound she told me that means germs were getting hammered. As an adult I understand the real message of “With progress there might be pain.” Now I see J bobbing and weaving on the bird site and am comforted by the thought that this, too, leads to progress. @NorthernInvader I can personally vouch for that photo although I did not take that one. It was taken in the suburbs on the West side of Omaha (between Omaha and Elkhorn), approx 192 & Maple. And yep, we all called it "the poop house." That paint job lasted for several years. Within the last few months it was (finally?) painted all one color. I don't get that far West as often as I used to. Here's a GoogleMaps view from Maple (Maybe last winter).

I'd like the NSA's take (or whatever alphabet soup would do it) on if this is a coded picture. OBL and crew have used pictures to hide messages. Couple ways to do it but one way is to envision that picture as a really complicated QR code.

Then again, maybe he was just nuttier than a fruitcake. 😂

@Pubfest_of_metal Agreed with the other replies so far. You be you. Have an opinion, have a good reason for that opinion, and be willing to discuss/defend that opinion like an adult. And....be willing to acknowledge being wrong.

Don't be afraid to challenge others but know the line in the sand clearly marks where decency ends.

That said, IMHO you will in fact find a lot of left leaning opinions here. But you will also find some conservative viewpoints. There is a bit of balance.
