Quick trip to the store. Folks buying plants and flowers for Mother's Day.
I Crashed&burned on the floor. Slipped on a shit-ton of water on the floor. Got helped up and someone came over with paper towels. Nothing damaged but my ego.

Oops. Got OJ but forgot champagne. Go back into the store via the booze dept.
I'll be damned. I about fall again! Just inside that door is also a bunch of water. Stayed on my feet the 2nd time but it was close.
I was too busy laughing at myself to get mad.

Had the great joy today of helping my two oldest sons replace the starter on one of their cars. I felt like a king watching them figure it out. They did great. I’m very proud.

I usually don’t like making new comments on my own posts. But….. I’m hoping as I start my normal W2 job in a few minutes I remember the typos and ugly grammar I used in that post to make me be a bit more careful when writing “official” communications. Ha! A little dose of karma maybe?

Given a visual queue in the Lowes parking lot I was reminded of the idea that a sign of the downfall of western civilization is the off-the-charts apathy required leave a shopping cart in the middle of 4 parking spots instead of taking it to the cart corral 15 more feet away.

In my heart of hearts I hope that person had a legitimate reason. Gotta per really bad. Screaming newborn. Spouse already in the car screaming that they have to pee. 🤞

I haven't figured out why yet, but many of the pics I take in landscape mode don't rotate. I'm mostly living with it until J gets a chance to look at it. And give the amazing influx of new users and the subsequent challenges that brings... I don't expect him to spend any time on this very soon.

@Squelcher That rotate thing is on J's list. Very likely is related to how CoSo scrubs the meta data out of photos (i.e. location and camera specs) before posting. That routine is also probably messing up the EXIF tags that say what the orientation is of the image (portrait or landscape).

This is a bit silly. Rather, I feel a bit silly. I’m not quite sure why but I have had an absolute blast today watching all the new eggs hatch and the firehose scream by like the credits of a movie on FX. The slight stumbles of the platform today are an easy price to pay and will soon be(if not already) behind us.

Oh… and the sporadic notices. Silly rabbit; Tricks are for kids. Go play your jacka$$ games somewhere else.
