For the meat eating crowd: Smoked Bacon wrapped jalapeño poppers then cranked up the heat and added several flavours of sausages. Toothpick combos to keep track of flavours. Yum! Better half is finishing up bruschetta with produce from this morning’s farmers market (jalapeños were from there too)

Had the great joy today of helping my two oldest sons replace the starter on one of their cars. I felt like a king watching them figure it out. They did great. I’m very proud.

Beginning of run and after 3 miles. He’s just making me feel good by acting tired. I know darn well he could go another 10. Me? Not so much. 😉

I have the morning off today. So of course box-O-rocks here, who is usually quite content to sleep in to a normal time, gets me up earlier than normal with the “I really have to pee”whine. So he got to have his yard time and breakfast, and now I’m up and he’s like this. 🙄
