15 broke his collar bone today during a soccer match. The midfield can be a tough place to be. A contributing factor was size. My freshman versus a senior. What might have otherwise been a 50-50 ball resulted in 15 getting slammed to the turf. Major ouch.

Sat in the rain last night watching my younger boys play a varsity soccer match. ⚽️ They both started. 🙂
On paper our boys were supposed to hammered by the other team. End of regulation time they were tied 2-2. End of two 10-minute extra periods still tied at 3-3. PKs go down to the last shot. We eventually lose by 1.
Our boys and the coaches were extatic at the team's performance. It was a fun match to watch. They will go into their next match knowing they can beat just about anybody.

I made my annual potato casserole this morning. I miss being able to share it with my dad. I can't even share it with my brother year. And he made a gumbo, which is usually amazing. So we will eat each other's portion and raise a toast from our own homes.

I've lost track of the thread that may have helped me on this....So even after J's recent browser refresh reminder 😉 I'm going to swallow my pride and ask the CoSoverse: I can't get media to play through On-Demand. Win 10 (all updates applied). Tried Chrome (my default), Firefox, IE and even Edge which I'm using now. All attempts to play a movie return an error. (Image) I've tried half a dozen titles. Not a new issue for me but I've put off asking about it to see if I could figure it out.

Not puppys or sunsets but...One of my boys fell asleep on the floor while watching football. His girlfriend is on the couch petting our sleeping dog. The boy snuggled the girls foot and seems amazingly relaxed. It was so cute.

Today I went and said a personal thank you to my two close family members who served in the military. I cannot express how humbled I am by their willingness to do what they did so I get to do what I do.
