@ToruOkada Trust me, legally, it's a very complex question because their wealth is never in one country, under one law, and that's how they usually manage to avoid paying "too much" taxes.

@ToruOkada That's only one in hundreds. You can trust them (most of them, rare are the honest ones but they do exist) to find bits and pieces of rope to push and pull at the law and shape it as they like it in places you've never began to imagine.

@TheresaVermont The average inflation does not affect people equally. If you buy costly high-end food, you can downgrade. If you buy the cheapest you can get, you don't have this option, you are fully exposed to the price inflation. Especially, if the lowest-priced products run out of stock because people from higher income brackets now also buy them. This is what the graph shows - the difference in inflation between the top and bottom 10% over time.
