I *was* going to get a convection microwave, but I guess they don’t perform as well.
And I want to limit full oven usage 🥵 so I’m going to cave and get an air fryer.

Which one do you have and do you love it?

I have the Nuwave Duet, which is a pressure cooker/air fryer. I avoid using the oven all summer. The air fryer has been a godsend. It's easy to clean, but it does take up a lot of counter space.

@TomeReader oh I missed it was a combo first time around! Cool! Instapot has that but omg the SPACE

Ours was one of the You've Worked Here For X Years gift choices from my husband's workplace, and we had no idea how big it was until it arrived. 😆

Thank goodness for the kitchen island.
