so there's an older dude i chat w/ over email. we send messages ~ once every couple of months or so. he's had a tough time w/ covid & some other health issues. he lives in toronto. i lived in alberta & now bc.

1 of his hobbies is to take pix. he's a little shakier these days but walking is helpful for some of his conditions so he does it everyday that he can.

he knows daisies are my fave flower. so he sent me an email full of pix of daisies he took this summer. it was so lovely to open. 😊

SHOTS FIRED NEAR POWER STATION IN SOUTH CAROLINA
Shots were fired near a Duke Energy hydropower station in S. Carolina officials from the com & local authorities said. Company employees saw someone pull up in a truck around 5:30 p.m. Wed & use a long gun to fire shots near the Wateree Hydro Station, Ridgeway, then speed away. Duke Energy spokesman Ryan Mosier said the company is working with the FBI as it investigates the incident.

IMO opinion Sinema is only doing this because she's mad that she's lost her position to hold up the Senate and get attention with the new Congress. And that's why she's there, attention, not to actually serve the people.

Kyrsten Sinema switched from a Democrat to an Independent because she can’t decide if she wants to help give equal rights to women or Nazis.

I think we should be more like Germany and start arresting these whackadoodles!

Sinema left the Democratic party long ago. Obviously. Just wondering why she announced it now. Perhaps Senator Warnock's win watered down her ability to profit from her position. 💙

It’s no surprise she’s not “identifying” as a Democrat anymore.

She’s despicable.

Anyway, so many people I know, including myself, are pretty traumatized from this influence on the evangelical culture because lots of fucked up exercises were performed afterwards such as: romanticizing shootings and acting out a scenario, finding out your parents would absolutely kill you if they thought god told them to, being taken to absolutely disgusting protests at sexual health clinics (that didn’t even provide what was being protested).

The U.S. can't continue to have elections where $decentPerson wins by <1% over a $fascistCrazyPerson who rants death threats against minorities.
