@ATXJane I'm just hoping 3 flights 22x at 5x a week isn't the norm. I'll widdle down to nothing lol

The work paid off. 🀣. I didn't die from going up and down those stairs. For sake of knowledge, I went up and down 3 flights of stairs 22x today because I kept count. More impressive, I did it with steel toe shoes. That would NOT have happened a month ago

@ATXJane leaving previous job was best thing for me. It really was. I realized me, I have to have a set schedule or things don't get done. So I'm up at 5 (generally) at gym by 515 (I'm literally 3 min away) do my hr workout, shower , get coffee and a little bite to eat somewhere (only fast food intake I have is breakfast) or I'll have a meal replacement bar then off to work by 715

@LnzyHou I'll prob trim it down as needed. It's a groove life belt and they weren't lying that it lasts. I've had it 3 years now and minus a couple scratches it's definitely not breaking anytime soon

@LnzyHou I actually don't wanna think about that lol. I paid 80 for this belt lol

When ya look in the mirror and you can actually see your belt buckle without sucking in your gut

Looks like after the initial 14 pounds in 2 weeks drop were going with the pound a week.

So for 3rd week in row I'm setting the goal at 229 ...I'm gonna try something different in my cardio routine

@LnzyHou I got the apps and doing the gym. I see it in mirror but I gotta set targets for me to keep me motivated whether I hit the target or not. If I don't have a goal set i tend to be disinterested. Should be interesting this week because every single workout (besides 1) ended in sweat (which hasn't happened in the first 4 weeks) so that's def progress there

@BlueMan2 I am. But if I don't set goals for myself (whether I accomplish them or not) I lose interest. I'm a competitive person. So this helps me to keep pushing . I know 1-2 pounds a week is the average but I like setting a bar for myself πŸ™‚

Weigh in tomorrow. Last week was 233. My goal was 229. Do I meet the goal or another miss. That is the question πŸ˜‚

@ellesu well I have no more excuses anymore. That's for sure. My biggest problem was I never had a set schedule. One day would be a 730-5 then another day could be a 4-11 and ofcourse a mid shift then you never knew if ya had to come in early or stay up late. Made me too tired to go to gym or not even eat right. Now I got a set schedule 730 and it will always be at 3 out or latest 4pm. Weekends off so yeah no excuses and my injuries have healed up since leaving that job

@ellesu thank you. Lots of work to do yet but 1 year from now gonna look totally different

@BillieBun I'm eating better. And I spend no less then 2 hrs in the gym 3 days a week. I don't deny myself but the portions are alot smaller.

@LnzyHou still lots of work to do but that's mind-blowing seeing this comparison

@redenigma I know but I'm pushing for 3-4. Don't get me wrong , like I said. Def not complaining. But like anything else nothing wrong with setting the bar high .
