Here's a question for y'all. How many if you would ever pass up a free concert ticket and all you had to do was ride up with the person?
Alice Cooper is playing near me (2 hours away) and when I go to new places I get a bit of anxiety. I don't mind doing things by myself. I actually prefer it. But if I'm going to a place for a first time I like to have someone to drive up with. That said I texted 37 people and they all said no 😂
@LnzyHou like I said though it's not so much being at a show by myself. It's going to a new place that I'm really familiar with. After the first time I'm fine but it's that initial first time at a new place , for me, it overwhelms me so to speak

@wolfwoman yeah it starts at 8 tonight so I got probably 30 minutes or so to find someone to go in order to get there comfortably and not have to rush . But still 37 people .it's like really. I know not all of them have something to do tonight lol

@opie I seen him once . He opened for motley Crue on the retirement tour in 2015. The big draw for me though is Nita Strauss. She's an amazing guitarist.

I also saw him like 3 times when he opened for maiden when he had orianthi...she is preposterously good...
Well... A few years ago, a friend called and asked me if I wanted to stand in the rain at an Aerosmith concert. I was dressed and ready to go before she finished saying Aerosmith.

@Klaatu_Veratta_Nectarine it's always been like that though. I'm actually used to it because it was like that at least since 3rd grade (at least to point I can recall). It is what it is. I roll with it. It just sucks bc I'm a social person. So between my anxiety issues and doing things by myself 99% of the time I just go it is what it is

We all know I have season tickets for the bills. After 3 years on here I don't think anyone doesn't know I have them lol
Anyways I get my Tix in May and if ask if anyone wants to go. I carry 2 Tix bc I plan on taking my nephew with me to a few games once he's old enough. I have go carry 2 bc of stadium rules you have to live within 75 miles to buy them but because I had them before rule went into effect I got grandfathered in

Anyways I ask and nobody wanted to go (posted on fb, Twitter) but I start new job in Sept and there were a few games I can't go to so decided to sell them off . School job so no Monday night games for me. The very same people that said they couldn't go with me were the ones who bought the tix

If you're ok with Uber, park as close to town as you're comfortable with and they can take you the rest of the way in. I've done that a few times, for the same reason.

@mistressticia this is the RZ tour but he wasn't at tonight's show (not a huge city) so it was just Alice. He's actually in the next city on Tues. I'm was 2 hrs from tonight's show and 45 min from Tues nights show. Everyone skips mine (not that I can blame them). Haven't had any significant bands since Anthrax/Pantera in 98 I think it was . My city is a hockey town. Semi pro and college . Most concerts that go through are Tues/Weds/Thurs at least in CNY. So bc we love hockey..no shows
@mistressticia and they can't understand why everyone wants to leave. We used to have concerts every 2-3 months. That stopped. WWE used to come 2-3x a year. That stopped. But hey we got hockey 🤣

@mistressticia it is what it is. Im hoping to relocate in about 5 years. I want to now but it's not on top of list. I've got a roadmap I just happen to be going 45 in a 55 zone🤣
