Sir David Lindley, you will be missed by so many. Sure enjoyed seeing you live. Maybe I’ll even eat a Catfood Sandwich in your honor.

Leaves were falling, just like embers
In colors red and gold, they set us on fire
Burning just like a moonbeam in our eyes
Somebody said they saw me
Swinging the world by the tail
Bouncing over a white cloud
Killing the blues
Now I am guilty of something
I hope you never do because there is nothing
Sadder than losing yourself in love

To you, I'll give the world
To you, I'll never be cold
'Cause I feel that when I'm with you
It's alright, I know it's right
And the songbirds are singing,
Like they know the score
And I love you, I love you, I love you
Like never before
And I wish you all the love in the world
But most of all, I wish it from myself…

In a Roman street on a full moon night
I was sick and there was a young cop in a circle of yellow light
As we drew near he snapped the safety off his machine pistol
And slid a trembling finger to the trigger
I wanted to say something calming but couldn't catch his eye
He didn't want contact -- he was trained to see movement
'Well don't shoot me, man, I'm a graceful slow dancer
I'm just a dream to you not real at all'
-Bruce Cockburn

Get Boosted, folks. I took covid for granted. You know the rest. It’s no fun. But dogs pics are fun, so here ya go.

Is anyone aware of any known issues with making long distance phone calls within USA? Any large carrier problems?

Some of them knew pleasure
And some of them knew pain
And for some of them it was only the moment that mattered
And on the brave and crazy wings of youth
They went flying around in the rain
And their feathers, once so fine, grew torn and tattered
And in the end they traded their tired wings
For the resignation that living brings
And exchanged love's bright and fragile glow
For the glitter and the rouge
And in a moment they were swept before the deluge

"Lena, what do you use for your passwords?" no one asked :3

Great question! I use KeePass, which is free and open source. I secure the database with a very long passphrase and a key that's stored locally on devices where I need passwords. I store the DB itself in OneDrive, and my Microsoft account login is protected with multifactor and a different long passphrase. These layers of security help mitigate the risk of keeping the DB in the cloud, which is more convenient.

I paid for the Pro version of , mostly just to help with dev costs, etc.
But I wonder, am I able to get the news feeds like Bloomberg, ABC, and BBC because I am at the Pro Level? In any case, I love it!

ok I just logged into the desktop version of and it is great. I will likely use it more than I expected. I like that I can get news easily from actual news sources.

Of course Bolsonaro hasn't admitted he lost. This is the New Way of the Radical Right, including the GOP. If they win, it was fair. If they lose, it is because it was rigged. When they lose, they refuse to admit defeat.

Good morning, . Time to make some lousy coffee. 😝. My French Press is packed away along with other kitchen goods as I prepare to jump continents. Cheers, from Alaska.

It amazes me, the number of people who responded this week to the rise of American fascism by providing the fascists with mountains of free content.

People need to leave Twitter.

Once again, why are so many races so tight around the world and in America? Biden/Trump 2020: close race. Lula/Bolsonaro: close race. US Congress 2022: close race. Fascism WON in Italy. How can the forces of fascism be so prevalent? Are people really that gullible?
