Yes, there’s a whole aspect of a Federal force controlled by the president being allowed jurisdiction on the city and local level when the citizenry of that locale isn’t having their right to freedom properly looked after. It’s vague, but to me it sounds like the president being able to bypass the protection of undocumented by sanctuary cities. Or quell protests and arrest people. And Trump said something about wanting to take over and clean up the city of DC the other day.
